Zhejiang Haila Machine Co., Ltd., established in 1997, is a professional manufacturer of down-stream oil equipment and fuel dispenser equipment with a good reputation in China. Haila, covering an area of 1.5 hectare with an 18,000-square-meter workshop, possesses more than 300 employees and 10 outstanding technical engineers, and has got UL, ATEX and CE certifications. We manufacture 5 series of more than 100 products:1) Bulk Meters & Pumps - position displacement flow meters, rotary vane pumps, mobile fuel units, and mechanical & digital registers2) Fuel Dispenser Components - automatic & manual nozzles, vapor recovery pumps and nozzles flow meters, gear & vane pumps, pulsers, various valves, swivels, oil indicators, nozzle holders, hoses, etc.3) LPG Pumps & Dispensers - LPG vane truck pumps, LPG turbine pumps, LPG multistage pumps, LPG meters and nozzles, manometers, solenoid and differential valves, and flame boxes 4) Tank Truck Parts - pneumatic & manual bottom valves, openable API adaptors, manhole covers and other related products5) Electric Transfer Pumps & meters - electric transfer pump units, explosion proof products, oil meter nozzles, electric gear oil pumps, and mobile oil dispensers Our company is in possession of 15 CNC machining centers, 25 CNC lathes, meter & pump test tables and 3D advanced measurement systems. Last year, we produced more than 300,000pcs of nozzles, 40,000pcs of pumps and 50,000 flow meters with the first-class quality at very favorable price.

Production Equipment

Haila Machine makes extensive use of Computer Numerical Control(CNC) machining center equipment, including CNC lathes, CNC drilling machines, and machining centers. The factory is also equipped with large vertical lathe and drilling machines. The advanced processing equipment and CNC management system ensure the quality and delivery of products.

Testing Center

Haila Machine has implemented strict QC measures starting from raw material incoming inspection, process inspection to final inspection. The company has a series of advanced testing equipment that are applied to every inspection control link.
